These sample documents were first posted on this site during autumn 2004 to assist residents during the various meetings and negotiations about the Offer Document for Mansford Estate.

The Offer Document for Mansford Estate was posted onto the site in August 05, shortly after it was distibuted to all tenants on the estate.

Nonetheless, these sample offer documents from a previous stock transfer vote in Lambeth (which voted to transfer away from the council to a housing association) may still be of interest.

They are quite large, so they may take dome time to download. Be aware that they relate to L B Lambeth, and not LB Tower Hamlets: nevertheless, they are quite a good example of what to expect, and they do give quite a lot of general background material.
