During stage 2 of the Mansford Estate Housing Choice process several assessment events were organised. After each of these events residents and/or the ESG were asked to assess the performance of the three RSLs bidding to take over the running of the estate. The events included:

Estate Open Day

This was one of several opportunities for residents to met the RSLs short-listed for the Mansford Estate. A survey of residents views was carried out after the event.

Estate Visit

Residents were invited to visit a selection of estates renovated and run by the short-list of RSLs. After the visits, residents were asked to fill in a scoresheet.

Written Questions

Each of the three RSLs were sent the same set of written questions, produced by the ESG. The RSLs then sent written answers back to the ESG.

Formal Interviews

Each of the RSLs were asked to do a presentation to the ESG based on a fixed set of questions sent to them by the group.

Overall Impressions

At the end of stage 2, the ESG used this scoresheet as part of their discussion to assess their overall impression of the three RSLs and which one to select to work with in Stage 3.
