Internal Works to Tenanted Homes

Electrics

Electrical services will be inspected and either upgraded or replaced to ensure that they all have circuit breakers, safe adequate wiring and sufficient sockets to meet modern needs.

Kitchens

Your Kitchen units will be inspected and replaced unless they have recently been renewed, or you do not wish to have new units. All units to have easily repairable or have renewable components.

Deep sinks will be provided if the drainage allows or ?swan neck´ mixer taps will be installed.

New durable slip resistant floor covering, with a choice of colours.

A new kitchen layout will be planned with plumbing for washing machine, space for fridge and cooker with gas and electric cooker points.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms will have hard wearing fittings with tiled surrounds.

New durable floor covering with choice of colours.

Pull cord light switch.

WC´s

New WC pan, cistern and seat.

New durable floor covering (same colour choice as bathroom).

Pull cord light switch.

Anti Condensation Measures

Mechanical ventilation to be installed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

External wall insulation to flank walls or cavity wall insulation to all walls where appropriate.

Windows

Where windows are replaced they will be double glazed windows with controlled ventilation and high quality handles and catches. Can be easily cleaned and reglazed from the inside. Otherwise existing windows in reasonable condition will be overhauled.

Heating

Central heating system providing heating to all rooms except kitchens and bathrooms will be installed or brought up to modern / efficient standards.

Decorations

Decorations (with choice of colour) to all disturbed surfaces.
