We have added the proposed works for each block to each block's page

You can compare the original suggestions with the proposed works.

We think the lists are too thin - they don't say what work is neded, but only which work might be done if required.

Leaseholders who have already been charged for major works may be dismayed by the lists.

We need to be aware that the work will only be done if required.
