FAQ:

Why don't leaseholders get a vote?

LBTH says:

The ESG says:

Due to a degree of revolution among the masses, this policy has changed: Leaseholders will get a vote at the same time as Tenants. This is now felt to be good practice.

However, the vote will only count if someone says it should. Who is that someone? Ulimately, the Deputy Prime Minister ... in practice, the vote is likely to count for little.

The ESG solution is to ensure that all residents work together to create the best solution possible for everyone.

THCH have demonstrated that they are willing to listen to both tenants and leaseholders and this makes it the more important that as many points of view as possible are taken into account.
